Six players today started in warm comfortable conditions that very quickly developed into very windy conditions which helped with personal comfort but challenged the golfing skills. Remarkably, some good scores were achieved as follows. Getting the mention with 21 points was Alan Young. In third place with 23 points, winning his 2 Euro back, was Ron Marsh. The runner up on 24 points, winning 4 Euro, was Moray Campbell. Although absent last week, the winner with 25 points, winning 6 Euro, was Yours Truly, Wild Bill ! There were a few expressions of bandit etc as this was the third time in a row that I have won (when I have played). Normal, dodgy, play will no doubt resume soon.
