O&B Report for Tuesday 15 July 2025

Nine players again this week. Seb Leahy was welcomed (Bill Ferguson's grandson) and it was great to have Dave O'Neill and Alistair Smylie back again. We played 18 holes off the red tees but it was tough going in humid conditions which moderated slightly as the breeze eventually picked up. The mention went to Tony Sarginson with 35 points. Third place was taken by Ron Marsh with 36 points, winning 3 Euro. The runner-up, with 38 points, winning 6 Euro, was Alan Young. Our champion this week with 39 points, winning 9 Euro, was Dave O'Neill; great result Dave, very well done indeed. The AGM is being held this Friday 18 July starting at 3 pm; see you all there.
