O&B Report for 25 Mar 25

Another beautiful day greeted the 13 players today, most of whom also took part in the Monthly Stableford Competition with some very good results as follows. Getting the mention with 28 points was Dave O'Neill. Fourth place went to Yours Truly with 30 points, winning 3 Euro. In third place, with 36 points, winning 5 Euro, was Tony Sarginson. The runner-up with 37 points, winning 8 Euro, was Gary Brownlee. The supremo today with 38 points, winning 10 Euro, was the man in fantastic form at the moment, Alan Young. Very well done, Alan, maintaining great form over the past three weeks; how much longer can it last, we wonder ? We had a guest player today, Paul Marsh, visiting his father, Ron, for a week; great to have you with us and we look forward to your next visit. The big Scotland v England match (Crapputter Cup) takes place this Saturday and features quite a few O&B players....it should be a great affair as always. See you all next Tuesday, if not on Saturday !
