A windy affair right from the get-go did not phase the nine intrepid golfers playing today as evidenced by the good scores achieved. True to form and building an interesting reputation as the person most mentioned (??) with 30 points getting the mention (yet again) was Chris Cowin. Third place with 34 points, winning 3 Euro, was Alan Young. The top places were contested on a count back with 37 points each. Losing out on this occasion, to take second place, was Mike Sotiriou, winning 6 Euro. First place went to Bill Ferguson aka Wild Bill and Yours Truly, winning 9 Euro; well done me ! Sadly, it was the last appearance for Andy Rahaman who is off to UK again - see you when you return in a few weeks time, Andy. Good luck to those attending the Ay Nik golf club's 50th birthday celebration this weekend. Hoping to see you all again next Tuesday.
