​JSGC(E) has an Executive Military Membership with Elea Golf Club that provides the opportunity to play this Nick Faldo designed course. The membership is for the exclusive use of JSGC(E) members only, and commences on 1 March 2025. It provides the following benefits:

• Platinum Membership for JSGC(E) members with one tee time every day for a maximum of 4 players

• Tee times are available from Monday to Friday after 12:00 pm, and all day on Saturday and Sunday

• Priority booking with Eléa GC up to 7 days in advance

• Access to the Members Bar and Private Terrace

• Access to the Sauna

• Special pricing for the Eléa golf academy

• Discounted driving range tokens - €2

• Discounted buggy rental - €30

• 20% discount on food and beverage

• 10% discount on retail items

Elea GC has a list of our members and will check players names against this list at both the point of tee booking and playing.

​

On no account should any JSGC(E) member book a tee time without first confirming availability and eligibility with the JSGC(E) Elea Reservations point of contact as outlined below.

The Cost

​

The cost for all JSGC members will be €25, irrespective of the number of people playing. But you are encouraged to arrange a four ball whenever possible.

 

Guests of members may be invited to play at a cost of €50 each.

 

The primary reason for a guest rate is to enable our members to take along their friends and families when visiting Cyprus on holiday. But we're aware that sometimes it's nice to invite a non-member who lives / is posted to Cyprus. So while this is still possible we do ask in such instances that you encourage that Cyprus resident to support the club and become a member. They then get to enjoy Elea at the lower member rate.

The Booking Process

​

First: Reserve a 'date to play' with JSGC(E)

​

Check the calendar and pick a free date (only one booking per day).

 

E-mail Episkopi Club Reservations Team to reserve a date (episkopigolf.eleareservations@gmail.com).

 

Maximum 7 days in advance.

E-mail requests submitted after 1700 hrs will be replied to the following day.

​

Reservations will only be accepted from a JSGC(E) member, who must provide the names of all other players.

​

The Reservations Team will confirm availability by return email and confirm the cost per player.

​

Second: Book a Tee-Time with Elea Golf Club

​

Once, and only once, the reservation date has been confirmed, you should then book a tee-time with Elea GC (Phone number 26202004 - ask for golf reservations).

​

The booking is to be made in the name of ‘Episkopi Golf Club’, not in your own name.

​

You will be required to provide the names of each player at the time of booking and these will be checked against the list of eligible Episkopi members. 

​

Bookings for buggies should be made at this time.

​

To prevent a ‘double reservation’ on any one day, tee times must NOT be booked with Elea GC prior to receiving confirmation of your reserved date from the Reservations Team.

​

Third: Pay Episkopi Golf Club

​

The club member making the reservation is solely responsible for all ‘green fees’, which must be paid to JSGC(E) and NOT to Elea GC (other than for buggy and range token costs).

​

Invoices will be sent every Monday, for the previous week bookings. Money is to be paid promptly, and by no later than the following Monday after the invoice is received. 

​

No future reservations will be accepted until previous ones have been paid for.

​

Payment can be made via JCCsmart or cash.

​

No loose cash. The sealed envelope is to be clearly marked with:

Booking member’s name

Date of Play

Number of Players

Amount Enclosed

Fourth: Play Golf

​

On arrival at Elea GC you should check in at the pro-shop, and list the names of all players on the form provided

 

You must show either your military ID or a Happy Valley pass. Players' names will again be checked against the list of eligible JSGC(E) members.

The Fine Print!

​

The JSGC(E) will monitor this process and may amend it as required

​

The JSGC(E) reserves the right to adjust the cost per player

​

Costs for buggy rental and range tokens are to be paid directly to Elea GC. Members renting buggies do so at their own risk. The JSGC(E) is neither responsible nor liable for any rental agreement taken out by a club member

Elea GC is not responsible for and has no need to understand or be involved with this internal reservation and payment process

​

If fewer than four members play, Elea GC reserves the right to add other players to make up a four ball

​

All club members are required to respect this process and not abuse it in any way; we will adopt a ‘fair usage’ approach to ensure opportunity and equality for all.
