The Reservation Process
First: Reserve a 'date to play' with JSGC(E)
-
E-mail the Club Manager to reserve a date of play (episkopigolf.secretary@gmail.com)
-
Maximum 7 days in advance
-
Reservations are for 4 players (€120), other than for reservations within 2 days of the playing date
-
Requests for reservations up to 2 days of the playing date can be for fewer players at €30 per person
-
This 2 day 'window' opens no earlier than 0900 each day (for example; from 0900 on a Wednesday reservations can be made for the Friday)
-
-
Email reservation requests only - those submitted after 1700 hrs will not be replied to until the following day
-
Reservations only accepted from a JSGC member. No need to provide the names of the other players but these must be JSGC members, unless a guest of the member paying the Elea member guest rate
-
Club Manager will confirm date availability by return email
-
A reservation Calendar is accessible on the JSGC(E) web site
Second: Book a Tee-Time with Eléa Golf Club
-
Once the reservation date has been confirmed, you should then book a tee-time with Eléa Golf Club (Phone number 26202004 - ask for golf reservations)
-
The booking is to be made for ‘Episkopi Golf Club’, not in your own name.
-
Bookings for buggies should be made at this time
-
To prevent a ‘double reservation’ on any one day, tee times must NOT be booked with Eléa Golf Club prior to receiving confirmation of your reserved date from the JSGC(E) Club Manager
Third: Pay Episkopi Golf Club
-
The club member making the reservation is solely responsible for the ‘green fee’ payment to the JSGC(E), NOT Eléa Golf Club (other than for buggy and range token costs)
-
Cash is to be secured in an envelope and placed ONLY in the Green Fee payments box in the Starters Hut at JSGC(E)
-
No loose cash. The sealed envelope is to be clearly marked with:
-
Booking member’s name
-
Date of Play
-
Number of Players
-
Amount Enclosed
-
-
Money is to be paid promptly, and by no later than one week after the playing date
-
No future reservations will be accepted until previous ones have been paid for
Fourth: Play Golf
-
On arrival at Eléa Golf Club you should check in at the pro-shop, and list the names of all players in the folder provided by the pro-shop
-
You must show either your military ID or a Happy Valley pass. Players' names will be checked against a list of eligible JSGC members.
The Fine Print!
-
The JSGC(E) will monitor this process and may amend it as required
-
The JSGC(E) reserves the right to adjust the payment fee
-
Costs for buggy rental and range tokens are to be paid directly to Eléa GC. Members renting buggies do so at their own risk. The JSGC(E) is neither responsible nor liable for any rental agreement taken out by a club member
-
Eléa Golf Club is not responsible for and has no need to understand or be involved with this internal reservation and payment process
-
All club members are required to respect this process and not abuse it in any way; we will adopt a ‘fair usage’ approach to ensure opportunity and equality for all
